Construction

After obtaining permits from your local Municipality or County government, subdivision rules, along with a survey to determine if you land has the capability of such construction.   We attempt to keep the building a very secret as nowhere on our vehicles does it indicate we are building a shelter.  The only advertisement that might be seen is Vets Driveway Concrete & Asphalt.  No one needs to know what you are installing in your backyard.  The construction will consist of several days depending on the weather.  Per the Nuclear Fallout information from FEMA, The best depth below dirt is 2 feet.   We increase the protection with a concrete ceiling 6 inches thick.   

Both models are provided water and air filter systems, along with reserve tanks.  Human waste & garbage tanks.  Alternative power source.  Both options have a livable of food/water/entertainment for 6 months underground for 4 people.  Pets or additional people you will need to add additional pods and storage tanks increasing the cost.
